Day 1: Nairobi-Masai Mara
9:30 am. Drive through rich Kikuyu farmland to the edge of the Rift Valley. Descend the escarpment and drive via Narok to Masai Mara Game Reserve, lunch enroute. On arrival proceed for a game drive which is famous for its annual seasonal migration of wildebeest and zebra. Dinner and overnight at the Camp.
Day 2: Masai Mara
Early breakfast then proceed for a day of tracking game with your guide in this park whose landscape is savannah grassland on rolling hills. Virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya can be seen in the Mara, which has an extensive road and track network which allows excellent photography and viewing opportunities, making it the best and most visited park in Kenya. Dinner and overnight at the Camp.
Day 3: Masai Mara- Nakuru
Early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast, depart the Mara region for Nakuru, lunch enroute, with scenic views of Mt. Longonot and Lake Naivasha from afar on the main highway. Dinner and overnight at the Camp.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru-Nairobi
After breakfast proceed on a game drive in the nearby Lake Nakuru National Park which has prolific birdlife comprising flamingoes, white pelicans and marabou stork, all water birds that breed in the lake’s alkaline waters. White rhino and Rothschild’s giraffe may be seen while Cape buffalo and water buck are common on the lake shore. Time permitting, the baboon cliff and Makalia falls are additional attractions. After lunch depart for Nairobi, arriving in the evening. Drop off at place of choice.
